Luna City Arcade

Went out to Linden, Virginia yesterday with a friend to check out Luna City Arcade. A guy out there has a private collection of 60 or so vintage arcade games that he’s set up in a building on his property. He’s decorated the interior with old arcade and sci-fi tv posters, and the floors are wall-to-wall space-themed carpeting. It’s like walking into a time-warp to an 80s arcade. Every now and then he has a public “Game Day” where every one is welcome to come and check it out. If you’re interested in visiting you can sign up to his mailing list so you know when the next public day will be (note from his site: “Luna City Arcade is a private home arcade and not open to the public, so please do not just show up at our door without a prior agreement”).

Pictured above is just outside the arcade building. He set up some old home video consoles for people to play with as well. Lots of interior shots in the gallery.
