This Montreal-based company has been creating critically-acclaimed and award-winning documentary theatre since 1998. Interviews, news headlines, and more, are stitched together into a play and then — like any other play — performed on stage by actors. The result is far from a dry, analytical take on a subject; the Toronto Star described their show The Watershed as an "ambitious, revealing, challenging production that also happens to be blissfully hilarious and entertaining as well."

It was a pleasure to create a site in support of that philosophy.
Sometimes a single web page or a microsite is in need of a facelift. But the process can be about more than simply re-skinning existing content. Design reviews are great opportunities to revisit the content itself, and make sure that it's effectively connecting with users.

Lots of data is great to have. Making sense of it all for users is something else. Working with Toronto's Think33, I helped the Council of Ontario Universities take a page that was overwhelming users, and develop a design that makes data easier to take in.

I don't know anyone who misses the former Pine-Park interchange in Montreal, a labyrinth of graffiti-covered concrete that most people were happy to see torn down.
